  • Fuckkkk,,, that sounds dirtier than a dead hooker left behind a dumpster... nice beats man! <3 lololl''

  • @tofulenny thnx : )

  • mmmmm, that's sounding rude!

what are the mods you've got going on there? i mean the switch and the 4 different jack sockets where the old mod grip input used to be :)

  • @Jeeroj The mod I am using here is an external input, I put the initial output of the 101 through it's own filters.

  • my dream is to have one of the green ones :)

  • @VincentsVideoVisions Never seen one

  • @headinamilkbottle They are really rare, I think they were only sold in Japan. I wish someone out there could make custom ones inexpensively. How awesome would it be to have a 101 in any color you wanted?? (I'd probably go for purple)

  • The sequence is poor, but the gear is cool!

  • fucking cool AAAACID!

  • BEAST grrrrrrrrrrrroarrrrrrrrrrrr...

  • @VincentsVideoVisions If i want digital. i can use my computer.

  • @VincentsVideoVisions And i just like the fact that the 909 have a few banging sounds and nothing more. you need to be really creative and think out of the box to make something sound wierd, new and great. for an example you can use the toms as a bassline. it sounds massive!!. Have you ever listened to jeff mills early work? Fucking mental tracks.

  • @VincentsVideoVisions Yes. that was what i though too. but then i discovered that the 909 was the only unit i will ever need. The most amazing set of drums in one box. NOTHING can replace it.. A Tr 909, tr 606 and a tr 727 and schippman ebbe und flut and you will never need any other drumboxes for techno. But again, that is how i like it. you may like the machinedrum more because of the more features and all that. Fucking mental tracks.

  • @pomfrit93 I've never had the chance to use a real one, but the MD seems like a more logical choice to me because it's capable of so much more than a 909, plus has way more sequencing and live performance capabilities. I wouldn't mind owning a 909, but that would have to wait until after I own both a MD and a 808! (And possibly LinnDrum!) I definitely prefer analog over digital but the MD seems like the perfect drum machine to me, at least with the kind of techno I do.
