@MilkChenolate it's the Cintiq, produced by Wacom. His particular model is $2000, there's a smaller one thats $1000. They make cheap pads you can draw on & look at your computer monitor, but as far as drawing ON the screen, the cheapest is $1000

@puckslapper480 Water colors mostly, though he has used acrylics before. And for the black lines he uses a certain kind of ink.
