Thanks for posting this. I have a bad back so I cant figure skate for a while because of all the twisting of the top half of the body so my coach is teaching me ice dance and I'm finding it hard to remember the patterns but this has helped alot! :)

This is great! It's been years since I took this test (1979, did all Preliminaries in one session, along w/ Pre-Figure and Freestyle!) Gotta get back on the ice; it's been too many years!

i'm gona try to do this also in december (2 tests in the same month!) i learned it in 15minutes (that's how long i get to be w/ my coach) every time i go skating except for mondays

omg i remember doing this dance, but our canasta tango song in canada is so much more upbeat
