  • Were you reading this as you go?

  • I don't entirely remember, but more than likely I was. I can't remember everything off the top of my head so I take notes on the computer.

  • May I ask what your PTSD is caused from or if you have it?.. Good vid

  • Thanks, no, I don't have PTSD right now. I just know the effects, and I had it at one point in my past, which was enlightening.

  • Is this from your own experience? Is that your purpose for the post? I have it, and I think it would be most beneficial for people to hear personal stories.

I think it's sweet you are doing this, but - you are just reading off an article or something you composed by the most popular facts. Email me, I think I want to make a project of this...

  • @scans4uni yes there is lol. I did a term paper on ptsd.

  • I was abused as a child, I have ptsd. all i see is ptsd about war combat, why cant there be a ptsd mv about other people. it frustrates me that theres no info on ever type of person with ptsd. thankyou for your mv! you address that it happens to anyone. I dont really have flashbacks, I have more dissiciation. door slaming really erks me. I have seveare ptsd. probably chronic

  • I didn't experience my PTSD until...a year... a year & a half after the incident. I am unsure if I'm still in it or not... I don't really want to go to a psychologist, though. I've always been against it for some reason? I kind of think I'm still in it, honestly, but maybe not. I don't know.

  • i believe... feel like i am experiencing delayed.... post traumatic stress syndrome..

  • First of all, it's called a doctorate. Second, they are not brain disorders, they are psychological disorders. Some of them may have a biological basis, but not all. What I am stating are the facts as I know them, it's a point of view that you are not required to agree with. If you feel so inclined to use masked insults, I would request that you not waste my time with delivering them.

  • and yeah the guy was heavily intoxicated.

  • Your videos are very helpfull..also i met an ex- U.S army photographer of the iraq war recently in Dubai Desert Rock Festival..In the United Arab Emirates(UAE), Dubai. I was asking him about it and he kept telling me it was aweful he didnt want to talk about it. I felt like he was not proud of his experience as a photographer for the US army in Iraq.

  • I have suffered PTSD one point in my life actually in 2007 novermber the 3rd i had a traumatic car accident...due to that i got a brain trauma(internal bleeding in my head) fractured skull, jaw, 4 ribs and a dislocated shoulder. This left me in a coma which lasted for six day...no permanent damage physicaly or mentally. It's so true my personality changed drastically. I stopped doing things i used to do before. My close friends driffted away from me. I started looking at life in a different view

  • I live with PTSD every day in my life. My father was murdered when I was 8,my mom took me to the morgue to identify him.I was shot two times after serving in the Gulf, and raped by a family member at 5. It never goes away...you dont ever get it and it "go away"...sorry doesn't work that way! I've lived it and live it every day and pace the floors at night. I am now immune to "feelings". There are no resources for non combat PTSD in men in Vermont, women only. Wait till all the vets come home!
