The New Arrival! EDIT:111/28/11 RIP

11/28/11 Edit: Last Sunday, my mother let Barnie outside. It was a normal thing. She loved taking her time too. So when two days had passed we weren't concerned, because she'd often take that long. When the third day came around, we a bit bothered. Today, Monday 28th, 2011 at 3:58 I found out and had gone out to see and confirm if the run over cat on our street. The run over cat was NOT there last night, which meant Barnie was on her way home. She was just two houses away. I feel no ill will towards the person driving the car, we live in a rural area and our street is pitch black dark at night.

I will forever miss my baby Barnie...but worst of all Adam will no longer have his playmate, his "wife" as we call her. They were inseperable. I loved you Barnie...may you rest in peace.


So a week or so ago this little Bangel kitten just appeared at our front porch and meowed her tiny head off begging to be let in. It was night time at the time and was diffcult to ignore her meowing. But at the time we really didn't want to take in another cat, despite how much we really wanted to on the inside.

For the next few days she would continue to come and sit at our porch. A few times she had managed to get in. Finally we caved in. One day my sister went around the neigborhood with a kennel that carried the Bangel inside of it. She asked around and found out no one had ever seen this kitten before. We have taken her in at that point. Unfortunately my two kittens and mama cat hadn't really appreciated this. Especially Midnight and Dyna. However, Adam has really bonded with Barnie. Barnie fears Dyna and Midnight, they both hate her...

Hmm...with this arrival your life became more complicated, but she is so cute! I many of those pics I just want to cuddle her! I also got a kick out of the pics in which she sits/lies on the part of the carpet that matches her, with the black cat that matches the middle of the carpet. :P Good luck with your kitty crew, they are lucky to have you! :D
