Story on CTV News about the changing medical treatments in the second week after the Haiti earthquake. Amputations are, tragically, becoming the norm as untreated wounds have ravaged peoples' limbs. The Halton EMS team are mentioned and some members can be seen briefly. Paul Puckrin with FTC gives a few brief statements, trying to be as positive as one can be under such conditions.
