As far as I can tell, the central reason to keep the other guards is that there ARE attacks that Omni-Guard doesn't work against. For instance, if memory serves, Ultimecia can break through Omni-Guard with her obscenely long bravery attacks, whereas she wouldn't be able to break Turn Guard (since it doesn't have a preset time).

@tye21 I'm guessing you don't know how the game works. Unlike most fighting games, attack damage isn't preset. There are 2 types of attacks. HP and bravery. Bravery attacks steal bravery from the opponent. HP attacks deal damage equal to your bravery and your bravery resets. Notice how his bravery had reached 9,999 thus one kit KO.

Ad Hoc Party is a downloadable program for PS3 which allows you to take ad hoc only games and play them as if they were online.
