i couldn't get this to work for an oma plata but for anyone who does rubberguard this works well for the jui claw.

I can totally do this in my sleep and that's the only time I can do it.

While it looks neat and pretty...I've never even came CLOSE to pulling this off and I'm a flexible person. Granted, maybe I'm just not skilled, but the fact is, if you're caught THAT deep in an omoplata, the guy has to be retarded to let you tripod up that much, if at all.
You'd probably end up snapping your own shoulder trying it in a full-out roll or tournament. Maybe it does work and I'm just terrible but...I'm gonna go ahead and say no to this one.
Still, 3 stars for the innovation, lol.

I gave it a shot and it is very unrealistic at that angle the guy on bottom does not have the angle to bring his foot in unless he postures up the guy on top if good will never fall back when u posture up plus the man applying the umoplata has the leverage the man on bottom will hurt his shoulder trying to bring the foot in if your strong enough to posture up you will have the escape it might work on a white belt but when the guys applyes the umoplata right it is hard
