A most talented individual...Dolly's voice makes the song delightfully sad i.e. don't listen to it if you have just broken up with your significant other.

This song Pretty Flowers was written by Steve Martin and is from his album The Crow. The song is sung by Dolly Parton and Vince Gill.He had to tune his banjo to a very awkward tuning to accomodate Vince's voice.He wrote the music for the song while he was filming Pink Panther and was on a break, cycling through a park and flowers were in bloom which inspired him.
