242 on the 2 arm barbell rows, good for a little more this was kind of a form check. used a 6 foot bar for the one arm presses and rows, it weighs 27 pounds. 93x6 one arm press, 71x12 with left arm(not shown). one arm pendlay style row 181x3 right, left arm was ugly, got 4 reps but yuck.
