You know when I first watched Watchmen I thought the Comedian was played by Robert Downey Jr. They both look similar.

You're not supposed to like the Comedian so it was successful giving you that reaction. I think when a lot of people say they like the comedian it's like when people say they like the Joker from TDK, it doesn't mean they idolize him, just that they think he's cool as a character.
Personally I give the move an A+, to me no other comic movie even comes close, like if you give Iron man a B or even just a C this should be an A+, it's so much better it's not even funny, it different, challenging.

I can't wait to see it man, I don't know much about Watchmen but the film does sound interesting from your review.

...fair review...it's interesting to hear a review from someone who hasn't read the comic...incidentally, the comedian is a real a-hole but the comic is intended as a study into the frailties of these costumed adventurers
