The great thing about the Final Fantasy series is that there are enough titles with somewhat differing styles (musically and otherwise) that there is a Final Fantasy game that will appeal to everyone. Personally, my favorite is FF7. Te best boss music (in my humble opinion) is FF7s, FF8s and FF10s. This one is pretty cool too

There is no "best" Final Fantasy. They are all meant to be seperate games with their own appeal.
