@13buthead this is more like a endurance spar. in krav maga we use this drill to prepare us for exhaustion. the soldiers in this drill are wearing protective armor but sometimes it´s body armor, very heavy. this technique is a little different from a regular spar and it´s goal is to prepare you for continous motion, aggression and exhaustion

@Strongboy1770 of course they do, that is why in 2008 of 11 dead isrealis by distant rocket attacks nearly 2000 palestinians were kiiled by phosphorus bombs (mostly non-combatants) and a considerable amount of civil infrastructure brought down right? Btw, When the allied forces hit the germans, most civilians had already been evacuated into bomb shelters as german cities were all prepared for counter attack... Palestinians aren't the one's creating ILLEGAL settlements as far as i know.

that's hardcore and it's good training, if someone trying to kill you hits you in the groin they aren't going to take a time out for you and wait for you to recover. the other guy should of gave him a kick the balls in response and level the field.
