No. It's not at "the most powerful RPM". It's just the RPM that is best for launching it. You have to get it somewhere between bogging and spinning.

What you mean do your reserch. I had a evo 6 with autronic emu works antilag with a motec throttle kicker and it was pretty much the same as this with the launch controll turned on. Mine was pretty more agressive tho. If I'm wrong then my bad. But that's what it looks like to me.
