16mm

This piece is hand drawn on 16 millimeter film. I did this at The Capital Area School for the Arts (CASA) which I attended during the 2007-2008 school year. I love this piece because it is a very tactile and textural film. I think that my art as a whole is incredibly tactile. I love using different textures because paint on canvas is boring. The eye needs something more to look at, the nooks and crannies, the intricacies, of a piece; those are what gives it its character.
