(Best Syndication) On November 8th 2007 we traveled to the Municipal Advisory Council Meeting in Phelan. In October concerned residents of the West Cajon Valley area appeared before the MAC board and asked for support in their efforts against a neighbor who plays games of paintball. The residents claimed this operation was part of the owner's business.

On Thursday, the owner of the property came to the MAC meeting to present his side of story. This is that meeting.

  • NOPAINTBALL i hope you were never loved in you r life an i hope you go live in a dark damp hole alone ok.

  • FAIL!

  • dude leave him alone!!!!! man..

  • Haha, now who's disrespectful & ignorant....

  • doesn't matter, he can't do it and you need to get a life and a job. Can't you hear either? I know you can't read.

  • You're an idiot. This guy DOES NOT have a paintball busness run from this land. It is for his PERSONAL use. If it were a public business, yes, he would need a permit to do this. Also, if you think paintball marker's are loud enough to echo off MOUNTAINS, then you are a complete idiot. Most paintball markers can be fired inside a home without a person in a different room even knowing.

Stop saying rediculous stuff that makes no sense you old hag

  • Is this "conditional use permit" needed for Personal use? seems it's more for someone wanting to run a business out of there home, of which he has stated he's not. So if I wanted to have a Birthday party at my house and we where going to play paintball, play tennis, or ballroom dance, I would need to get a CUP? Sure seems Mr. Stein has done alot to keep everything legal. By the way NOPAINTBALL, did you go to his BBQ? Sound like it could have been fun..

  • It's too bad this is limited to 10 minutes, there was much, much more input and discussion by the committee.

  • This is not the whole true story. Check the San Bernardino County Codes.....Paintball MUST have a conditional use permit and the noise levels submitted are not accurate as sound rises and echoes off the mountains.

  • that's what I thought, thanks.
