  • @tomken8dy healthy people don't need prescription drugs- and they don't need doctors, so WHO is gonna pay the doc's and the pharmacist's mortgages? Sick people R money in the bank! but you know this...

  • @lordsardonicvids

Maybe the medical establishment and drug companies

want us low in Vitamin D to keep us sick so we buy drugs and

    medical services.

  • @tomken8dy Very interesting point there... i've always felt the sun is good but some people cannot take too much of it- if you are burning, that's ENOUGH. Actually what I have heard is 'sunblock' itself can cause cancer! Vitamins from the sun rarely give you disease. Doctors are generally full of crap. JMHO!

  • @lordsardonicvids

For the living, VITAMIN D prevents cold, flu, even cancer.

Many people recommend 5000 IU daily. - ADULT DOSE

15 minutes of Sun exposure on bare skin provides you with a good helping of D

Sunscreen blocks the UV rays that help the skin make vitamin D

I'M NOT A DOCTOR. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AS SOUND MEDICAL ADVICE.

But ask your doctor, if the Sun is so bad Why does our skin

use it to photosynthesize vitamin D?
