Amtrak is Incompetent!!

On the Hiawatha Route, which went from Milwaukee through Chicago through Michigan, the power goes out for more than 2 hours and we are stuck! We are eventually pushed for a few miles to the closest major hub Kalamazoo Michigan ! They explain that a cable snapped and they havent the tools to fix the problem! Their best solution is to call ahead to Marge and get one of the agents to run to the hardware store!
The ineptitude continues to reign culminating when the buffoon of a conductor tongue and cheekly asks the passengers, hat in his proverbial hand, if anyone possibly, maybe, hopefully, perhaps has a crescent wrench or socket set in their trunk(fingers crossed!) and this is met with chuckles and indignation,"i know folks,we are reaching"--------HEYYYY OHHHHHH!
