Castlevania Bloodlines - Dracula + ending (Normal w/ John)

I apologize for the long delay, I recently bought a lot of games that I have been playing a lot, so I tend to forget to upload the videos. I am intending to do a video showing some or all of my games, so if you're interested, keep an eye out for it.

well i just beat this on the normal difficulty, but the last screen still said "try normal mode". What do they mean by normal mode

It said to try the normal mode even after beating it on normal? Weird, must be some sort of odd bug.

@lmphk well i did get game over and used up all my continues before beating it. I used a password to start at the stage i died at.

@ManiacLegoMan Well, the passwords should vary depending on the mode and character. Have you tried searching for other ones?

Man, as much as I love Bloodlines, why does Dracula/Drolta/Demon Dracula seem to not take many hits before going down?

Is that because of the large endgame gauntlet of the Golem/Cog Machine/Bat thing/Death/Medusa/Elizabeth all being right before this fight? I mean, in terms of the pacing and scale it's fair, but the fight all alone and not accounting that gauntlet seems easy than most of the other games.
