@phanca99 where did you learn wing chun?

Awesome wing chun kuen. Pity about using TKD. from using a practical working martial art to one that's not so, with pretty kicks you won't use on the street. What a shame. Sick of people stealing or modifying wing chun coz their style is not complete or impractical. The Japanese tried doing it, now the Koreans.

Quality. Your fitness videos have been a great help to me (Chung do Kwan TKD 1st Dan).
A tip for you though is to see what you can do to recover more quickly from the Wing Chun instep-block kick to the red pad. Sometimes its good, sometimes could use improvement. Keep up the great work though!

@phanca99 you do wing chun? and taekwodno what else do you do

You have a really nice setup. I like the pads on the dummy and how you combine the tae kwon do and wing chun techniques together. I have a traditional wing chun dummy, but after seeing this I might go and put some pads on mine to practice more striking on it. In Wing Chun, the dummy is used mainly to teach positioning and flow and heavy bags and wallbags are used to train striking. But this is a nice combination of the two.

Really good idea. Clearly tho you are much better in wing chun than TKD. Although I think that the dummy for TKD is not really good if you kick from very short distance, but definately mixing would help in a fighting situation.
I made it with my own labour using home depot materials and taekwondo equipments! Sorry guys you won't find this in store!
