Learn how to kong, one of the most essential moves for beginners. Sorry i couldn't find anything bigger to show you a real kong over, but practice on a small thing to start off with moving onto larger things when you get over your fear of diving at a table.

*EDIT*

I have been getting alot of comments about the takeoff...i like the 2 foot method, and i use the 2 foot method and think you all should to...its more controlled and looks nicer...but if you want you can do a 1 foot method...this means rather than plant you take off 1 foot with a jump, although this lowers your body so you cant go as high even if you can go faster because it's easyer to keep momentem(which leads to problems in itself)

  • @ParkourHero123 try learning a diving kong

  • I can just about do very vault EXCEPT kong and dash, they just scare me if I faceplant my face!! Its like after ur over the object my head is like aimed at the ground!!

  • @ParkourBlog

1 foot for dash speed and lazy (thief) vaults, 2 foots for kong double kong and kash

  • @sunshinestuntdub Your feet shouldnt be going through your arms for a kong vault...

think of this move as a sort of elevating dive. Bring your hips UP

  • @ParkourBlog i'm not sure what its called but isnt there a move where you put your hands out like a kong but twice once at the beginning and then at the end, you dive then use your arms to propel you even farther then the second time use your arms to lower yourself...
