@Warmaker01 The problem was that the Tiger could not go through a lot of bad terrains.

It might have had wider tracks, but it was also about 40 tons heavier than their previous tanks, which resulted in them getting stuck beyond retrieval.

Then again, it's successor, the PzKpfW VIB, The King Tiger, was a lot better. But the late war german steel was of poor quality. IS-2s completely destroyed the glacis welds by just shooting at them. The entire plate would just come loose and expose the jelly.

That's right. Tanks break down. Always have, always will.

The big difference for the Allies was that they had a ridiculously great logistical system.

@joost1120 The Tiger I was the heavy tank in response to the huge T-34 threat. Tanks are designed with 3 considerations: Firepower, Mobility, Protection. Mobility was sufficient. It wasn't fast, but the Tiger can go through alot of bad terrain due to the wider tracks. The Tiger and Panther can go through boggy areas that Shermans would get bogged down in. Again, it was a lesson learned from the Eastern Front.
