its the high element of a challange by choice course. Its all part of team building and leadership training for all kinds of groups.

I think it's a sort off extreme sport ;).
One that i'd really would like to try one time, but hey, here in Holland I don't think there is any company organising these kind of things.

this is a challange course. its a way to challange yourself and as a group to complete a task. I work as a facilitator here. This course is owned by the university. These videos are all the facilitators training.
