  • @forenexotica1989 yeah this guys a little tense the main power is from the muscle tense right at the end of the kick, so its loosey goosey right until the last moment meaning less energy is excerted from tensing the leg the whole time.

  • isnt hapkido suposed to be losser? more relaxed?  isnt it supposed to be more from the hip?
