Critical hits are more rule than exception in Gen I lol.

@meespsv1996 Many pokemon had 99.6% chance to score a crit, which was the highest chance you could get ex: venusaur with razor leaf, persian with slash, etc.

its weird that lance is a dragon trainer because in Gen.1 only the dragonite evolutions are the only dragons. weird
