i saw it. the cop that fell was the last one in line and wanted to do skids, so he sped up and tried to skid to the back of the line and he didnt stop enough so he hit the bike in front of him and fell

i wonder why the cop lost balance.I am rider myself but those bikes are pretty heavy.Thanks for the video , do you the second half of the parade.
