Pretty good yarn I wrote about a ballsy cokehead. Fun. I don't know anyone with the name 'Mulvaney'; he's completely made up. Personally, I think Old Crow Medicine Show should do it. I'd give it to them for nearly nothing.

"THE JIMMY MULVANEY COCAINE SAGA"

Jimmy Mulvaney has done it again,
Stole all the dope out the coke dealer's den
Broke in the house, dealer takin' a dump
Picked up a half ounce, and out the window he jumped

Flyin' down the road, stolen oldsmobile-
Can't keep his eyes on the road or his hands on the wheel
Drivin' with his knees, tryin' to take him a snort,
He crashed into a cop car parked in front of the court

Grabbed the coke, jumped out the driver's seat-
With the cop in pursuit, he took off down the street
Ducked into an alley toward the railroad track,
That's when the dealer cut him off in a Cadillac

Back to the wall, what a hell of a night-
With the dealer to the left and the cop on his right
Cop pulled his pistol and the dealer did, too
Jimmy hit the floor and the next thing he knew

Dealer and the cop shooting up the alley,
Jimmy crawled up under that big black Caddy
Jumped in the car through the passenger side,
Then he shoved that mother down into overdrive

Jimmy drove that Caddy down the railway drag,
He fished the coke out of his pocket, stuck his nose in the bag-
Took a huge whiff that scrambled his brain,
That's when he saw that he was racing towards an oncoming train

No time to think, he cut the wheel to the left
The Caddy jumped the tracks and he held his breath
Blew out a tire, Caddy started to roll,
That's when he slammed into the side of a telephone pole

Blood on the windshield, coke on the dash-
He kicked open the door, grabbed what was left of his stash
Heard the sirens screaming, it was time to cut loose
That's when he ran back to the tracks and he hopped the caboose

Jimmy Mulvaney rolling down the line,
In a Southbound locomotive with a worried mind
Can't show his face in the town again,
Or he'll be lying in a hole or doing 5 to 10.
