Those strap covers are unfortunately not safe to use with your Graco seat. I am somewhat familiar with those, and in addition to not being tested with the seat they can make the straps hard to tighten and cause the chest clip to be pushed down too far. If the seat didn't come with strap covers you can get some from Graco directly, which would be safe! Also, the chest clip has to be at chest level, and the straps tight enough that no slack can be pinched at the shoulders.
