@Angela5388: I have a relative who is very precise & trims my ends for me when I'm not able to. Scissor-happy stylists are like predators! LOL! Trust me when I say that I understand your feeling of disappointment.

The same thing happened to me April 2010 and grew my hair back out on my own to a heathy state. However April 2011 I went against my better judement and went in to have my ends trimmed and ldft with several inches gone.
