I've been interested in astral projection for some time now, probably since listening to Dr Greer and David Wilcock talk about it, but I've felt like I'm being tugged to explore it, (finding your videos is a perfect example of that) yet I've had problems with even meditating because I was taught at a young age that dabbling in such things was communing with evil and that stigma is still subconsciously lodged in my mind. So when I feel shifts in my consciousness, I get scared and psyched out.

For the concerns of daemons or bad entities. Turn your back to them ,ignore them. They can only effect you if u allow them to. Never try an astral project if your vibrational field isn't high meaning if your in any other mood but a good one. You attract what your putting out when you project.

holy shit, this is what i have done sometimes now and then as long as i remember. I have seen it, or rather feelt it, as a kind of speed meditation. Also i call the circle a doughnut, and see it as universe. But i cant recall any stars, i will investigate tough. Thanx for great vids and putting a name on it for me and probably alot more. :)

My grandfather was an extremely experience meditator (50+ yrs). He could astral travel at will. He always told me that it was dangerous and not the path to true enlightenment. That people who do it get caught in it and lose their spiritual progress. As far as I'm concerned, his wisdom is my truth. I do not believe in astral travel and for that reason advise people not to delve into matters not natural. If you experience it w/o conscious effort, it was meant. If not, don't do it.
