I've been interested in astral projection for some time now, probably since listening to Dr Greer and David Wilcock talk about it, but I've felt like I'm being tugged to explore it, (finding your videos is a perfect example of that) yet I've had problems with even meditating because I was taught at a young age that dabbling in such things was communing with evil and that stigma is still subconsciously lodged in my mind. So when I feel shifts in my consciousness, I get scared and psyched out.

I want to try astral projection but lots of people say you can see Demons and stuff and that kind of stuff scares the shit out of me, is there any way you can like i duno, avoid that?

Nothing can happen to you. While you are out of your body u can do anything u can destroy everything or even suicide, ull be ok.

@ninjamystic13 focus your intent and chi through the use of the pineal gland and bring the image into focus similar to focusing a camera lens, use your breath as the governor..Namaste
