Thanks Tim
The KWVR always put on a decent goods train, which, by tradition, is pulled by the guest engine at the beginning of the day. Long may that tradition continue, although if they ever had the Duchess as a guest it might look a little strange!

Great video, that looks like a long train.

Loving the freight. Not sure about the Motive Power :-)

If I can love both Halls and Jubilees, I am sure you can do the same!

@steamontheweb Haha good point, I do really. Apparently Pitchford is meant to be visiting the NYMR (arriving in the next few days) for 'a few months' I was just having a look on youtube for any footage of it. From what I've seen she certainly seems to be a 'good un'

Thanks for letting me know. I didn't realise that. She is an excellent loco, but sadly much under-used. Pretty soon the Moors will echo to the thunder of her bark!

What a great piece of video, and something you don't see these days, the guard in the brake van, had his pot-belly fire going, and was obviously brewing up a cup of tea. Great, loved this one immensely.
