George Zimmerman Released from Jail on $150K Bond

Zimmerman walked calmly out Florida jail at midnight Monday after posting $150K bond as he awaits trial for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Martin lost and Zimmerman won. Martin beat up Zimmerman, told him he's gonna die tonight and then tried to take Zimmermans gun out of it's holster to shoot Zimmerman. Zimmerman shot Martin durring the struggle that Martin initiated over the gun. Zimmerman won and Martin lost. It's that simple. If you threaten to kill someone and then try to take their gun out of it's holster you should expect to be shot. Zimmerman had and still has the right to use deadly force to protect his life.

Yeah and I think if I had a weapon and someone was slamming my head in..I cant say that I would not be tempted to use the self defense weapon I had with me for protection..I think most of would agree on that one..I think there is more to this story than what people are hearing from the media.

I see what you are saying but the prosecution will most likely try to emphasize that Zimmerman's credibility has already been destroyed by his own doing. He has been caught lying to the police period. If a person can comfortably lie to the authorities then why should we believe them.

How do you know it's not true? Remember....the state has to PROVE that it's NOT true. Zimmerman and his lawyers do not have to prove that it is true.

How do you know for a fact that martin tried taking Zimmermans gun?There isnt a single piece of evidence that suggests nor is there any one witness who actually saw the struggle between the two men. All we have is the statement from Zimmerman who claims Martin was going for his weapon.The problem I have is this.No one can refute that George has been caught comfortably lying to authorities about issues that appeal to his best interest(bond) how are we to believe that he is not lying here as well

I would ask him Mr Zimmerman according to you you shot & killed an unarmed man who did not commit any criminal offense that can be proven other than your claim he assaulted you in such a manner that you had no choice but to kill him is that right sir? & everything you told the police that night was the truth?Have you ever lied to the authorities?if so was it to deceive them as to gain or benefit from a favorable outcome? how are we to know you didn't lie if you were comfortable lying to police

George is gonna lose his case & he's gonna loose huge. This case is about one thing alone..Credibility.A dead man who cant tell us what happened & a live one who is telling his side of the story. There is just one HUGE problem. Someone is not telling is the whole story.. Zimmerman will not testify as if he does he is toast.All prosecution has to does if he takes the stand is ask him questions that would undermine & destroy his credibility.We have a man who has knowingly & admittedly been evasive
