Cosmo - The end

Cosmo went on the 19th June 2011

I know that I'm not the best rider in the world, yes my legs slip back, my hands don't go forward enough, i pull him in the mouth, my toes point out, i miss him at fences but the way I rode in a way worked for him. So please no crit :)

I never brought Cosmo to sell, and no matter what people said to me about him, i never really put my heart into selling him. I adore this horse, he is brilliant, one of the most talented horses I have owned. I have had a lot of nice horses and although Cosmo could be naughty, I love him for who he was. I'm not going to lie, there were some days I just wanted to, and did on many occasions, cry with frustration. I sold him because I past my days of being really competitive. George I was out most weekends jumping but now, I work and am doing alevels and for a competition horse, its just not fair.

Im not giving up, im getting a horse more suitable for my lifestyle.

you two were perfection, you made him perfection. You came such a long way with him and now its time for your journey with another horse that you will improve and become a team with.

i Will miss your videos with him, but i think you did an amazing thing you be able to sell him and put him in front of your heart that take strength that not may people have. so i admire you and will continue to admire you and follow your videos.

I'm so sorry, this must be such a difficult time for you, I can't even imagine :( He's such a talented horse who absolutely adores you, whoever has him now is very lucky :) You had a fantastic journey with him, and will always be ahuge part of his life. I really admire your decision, it couldn't have been easy, but it's nice to see someone put their horse before their own self, you don't get that much these days! Though I am confused a little, you do still have your lovely young stallion? xxxxx

This horse is amazing, you ride him amazing, you could be the best rider in the world, I understand why you sold him, and i know exactly how hard it must've been for you to make this decision. You have made that horse what he is now, i think everyone can see that! Cosmo is amazing, and so are you for not giving up on him, until it was time to move on, for his own sake. very hard decision but a good one at that. although you both suited each other very well, he is a talented boy. i wish the best for him, and hope you find another horse suited to you as well as he did :) x
