The output of the solar cell array was 5 volts at 1.5 amps under the halogen bulb. We charged for 1 min 40 sec. When the capacitor's were charged to max voltage we then cut the charge line from the solar cell array, using the "JUDY CHOP".

We would have placed in the competition, but the tracks were not built to specification per the rules given to us from IEEE.
