These are Super Foods, btw... Green Tea helps you burn more calories as well as helps with arthritis, cancer, and general immune system. Ginger helps break down protein better and helps lower LDL cholesterol, also helps you not fart as much! Blueberries have lots of antioxidants that help with aging, and free radicals and stuff I dont get as well as vitamins. Cherries are similar, but they help with heart disease, and melatonin, and its a pain reliever for headaches (which I will have for the first two weeks of this diet). Walnuts are high in omega 3 fatty acids, and Almonds taste good as well as weight loss, cholesterol, and heart health. Oat meal is good because its a whole grain although Im question how whole anything from walmart is!
