The Raptor is the f/a 23 the stealth fighter. The F-35 is a separate program and I would not expect it to operate of this ship. An MV-22 or Navy Blackhawk is way more likely. LCS-1 looks pretty conventional with a huge wake and bow wave. the LCS-2 is a trimaran and its wake looks to be much cleaner with little wake and almost no bow wave. I like the LCS2 better.

Can the new Marines harrier type jets based of the Raptor launcg from that? Don't know what they are called but I know they can lift of vertical maybe an f-35 I think.

There are two types of this class. this is one type, of which there is one built and one ordered. there may be 1 or 2 more ordered soon. The other type of this class is aluminum, it's first one is still under construction at Austal in AL. total number of ordered ships right now is 4, including this one.
