Pretty good flying considering you're indoors. This won't help much, but if you can try to keep the heli as still as possible and keep it from drifting it will cut down on the servo power draw and increase your flight time. Also, and this will help, get a good battery charger/cycler with a cell balancing feature. this will increase the life of your battery considerably.

use 1800 mah lipo. They last at least for 15 minutes. Mimh batteries are poor.
