@curlyfry44 I know what you mean, it took me a few days to a week to teach him how to sit, and at the end all i had to do was point and he'd sit. such a sweet and loving dog.

@Moonkey017 ......Very sorry for your loss, my Rottie was 11yrs. old, she died of cancer. It's sad that they barely live past 14 or 15 yrs. of age.....they are incredibly smart and not difficult to train. They are very protective of home and the family.She had a huge vocabulary....such as hiking, leash, vet, kiss, baby, squirrels, bath, truck, cows, etc. All I had to do was say any of these words once, she new what I was talking about.

@MrMexico709 My boyfriend's bulldog does the same. He went up to me once i was sitting Indian style on the floor and he just plopped himself right on me. He sat on me.
