Based on his video I was say try out doing the meditation. Meditation leads to a higher state of awareness, and you will have more lucid dreams without having to try as much. Also become more conscious of your surroundings (waking meditation) for example, notice the texture of the food you eat, the taste, the smell of the hair, notice your body movements as you walk. It will help you know what "normal" is so when you dream and your surroundings seem weird you will kow something is off. Good luck

I think this is one of the best videos regarding TK along with your tutorials. I think people don't realize how important meditation is because it does comes with a lot of other benefits rather than TK. I will watch this video when I need to be motivated.

2:43 lol. you're a smart kid, very mature and intellectually advanced for your age. keep up the journey! any tips for lucid dreaming? I just started getting into it but haven't been lucid deliberately yet, so far no luck with the WILD technique, I keep losing consciousness when I fall asleep! Pretty frustrating, but I'm also pretty impatient when it comes to getting results...

thanks for the comment, and sry about the late response. I've been very into Lucid Dreaming. MILD and WBTB have been most effective for me.
