Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my GF got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

Sorry this reply is so late Ahmad. I kinda slacked off. Ok this is what im tryna do. First lemme tell you a lil bout myself. Im 6"2 and I weigh about 220lb. IM tryna loose my facial fat (real chubby cheeks), work on my upper body to get a swell chest and also reduce lower stomack and perhaps get atleast a 4 pack for starters. I dont know how long these could take but if you give me a strict workout and diet I would appreciate it.

Thanks! Depends on what your goal is. I have two types of workout clips as you can see....one set of clips are for those wishing to shed some serious fat...while the other set of clips are for those wishing to build muscle. You can choose to mix the two sets if you like...but let me know your goal...ok?

Ahmad you are the realest. I'm starting to watch your vids but I'm kinda confused at the way i should watch them. But i guess i'll start with your week one intensity workout. I just did 2 sets of these and I'm BURNT! Good looking!

How can YOU tell you have results? I mean you are already in shape so is it for maintenance or to get bigger muscles??

If you would have asked me this 10 years ago I would have said bigger muscles...but now I'm smarter. It's all about feeling good when you wake up in the morning, being able to touch your toes, being able to run up 30 flights of stairs without having a heart attack, being able to leap with ease, knowing that I can defend myself against anyone physically...basically moving my body efficiently...We all have our goals. ~ahmad

So really it all comes down to how you feel about yourself. Normally that voice in your head either is patting you on the back for a job well done, or telling you to get to work...begin working on listening out or feeling that voice inside...it will help you...~ahmad
