@deftry all of this started, because i was trying to do the right thing, then I just found out that this guy is still in control of this place, Why not just give the neighbor next door some type of ideal what they plan to do with it, rather than let it sit there and rot away like that, I'd be pissed as well if i had to live next door to that, the guy next door keeps his property looking good in the summer time

@InvestmentsDetroit if this is indeed your house, then u should be ashamed for just letting it sit and not even checking on it, the homeowner next door called me about this house because i was the last contact to it when wendel walked away from it, the gas company had to come out and cut gas off so this house would not blow up or the neighbors house, i would think u would be thanking me, i hope u dont any more laying around being neglected like this, WOWW what nerve

@flippinmikegriffin yeah, just a little, but right is right and wrong is wrong, the only person who loses here is the client, and what happened here is wrong and could have been handled differently, Unlike some people, I care about people's investments, thats why i do what i do, its not always about the money, because if you do the right thing it will be there anyway, in this case, its about doing the right thing, had that been done, this would not have happened
