DTV converter coupons have finally arrived!

I finally got the coupons each good for $40.00 of a digital TV converter. I think I will get some more Insignia converters for the barn with them. Just wanted to preserve the coupon-receiving moment for posterity.

I applied for my coupons just on Monday. And I do plan on getting the Insigna brand converters.

How long did it take yours to arrive? I think mine won't come until almost June.

They seemed to take a long time! I think I applied in January. I think the expiration time though is based on when the coupons are sent out, so you should not be penalized with an earlier expiration date if you applied later.

Kind of late commenting on this video, but yeah those DTV coupons really took a long time to arrive. I believe it took at least a month for mine to arrive.

I went kind of the cheap and easy route and got two magnavox's. They work ok, but they're not the best.

I also got a DigtialStream converter box for free because the original owner didn't realize you needed an antennae for it to work. So he got cable instead. I like the DigitalStream a lot better. It's much easier and comfortable to use.

Nice vid! Got my coupons after a little over a month of waiting. Applied on 4/5, received 'em yesterday (5/14). After looking at reviews of various boxes, I think I'm going to hit the RatShack w/ one for the Zenith DTT900. I was also thinking of using the other for a Channel Master CM-7000 (which I'd need to get online, but can use the coupon at the site that sells it!) because it has an S-Video output. If not, I might grab the RCA 800B from Wally-World. We'll see!

Hummmmmm Know anyone in the US? I read that you can get up to two coupons. They can send you one of their coupons. Unless the cu8pons are good only in the US>
