you definitely have to pay attention to your caloric intake; you don't want to yet too much or too little either. too little, and your body goes into starvation mode causing you to plateau. i've used fitday, but i recently came across myfitnesspal and find that to respond faster while entering updates. just my two-cents tho...hi wendy!

um... there's a work out from beachbody called SI6 (slim in 6) the lady Debbie Siebers, works your legs like no other! Um I'll search around and make a list of stuff I know that helps!!!
