The conveyor has uhmw plastic rails on the conveyor to help protect the wheels from damage. Tommy's also has a dual transporter belt ( flat ) so their is no possible potential for wheel damage. Tommy's is always thinking..

there's two huge problems with this carwash... the customers pull up the cars themselves and they stay in the car throughout the car wash. its difficult pulling up a car, rims can get scratched or body work damaged. also all it takes is one turn of the wheel during the wash to create chaos. removing the customer greatly reduces accidents.
