@mastermehoff6 , hey this is chad's cousin. He's always warmed up and maxed, then did 405 for 6 and 455 for like 3. Somethin around this. Monday and Thursday for 10 years. He's never cycled at all. Since getting into these meets we just changed to Rickey Dale Crains routine/cycle and going to see if it helps
