This show was a good idea. People need to stop glamorizing eating disorders by making one-episode specials about them where everything gets fixed by love and friendship. E.d.s are shitty but they're also funny and ridiculous, and maybe if they were represented as such then people wouldn't have so many romanticized illusions about them.

Eric Schaeffer wrote/directed/acted on the show. He also has 3 excellent movies; Fall, If Lucy Fell And Wirey Spindel. If you like pop like movies then I suggest to go with Lucy, Fall and Wirey in that way. For Fall is a lovely but sad romantic movie and Wirey is just too original of a concept to describe.

As far as eating disorders not being funny, well no disorder or handicap is; however, sometimes you have to laugh at life. Shows like this showed an extreme that was expressed in a comedic way. Too bad it is off the air.

I agree with you.I've live in Europe and here in the states and I've noticed that censorship here is reality hypocritical. I thought this show was realistic in the way people see and lie to themselves to justify the means. I really liked the fact that each character was completely different and they had this one thing that will unite them forever. Though they were at times mean with each other, they helped each other.
