I saw other videos where you did spectacular cuts. You left this one way too long. you should have shaved her nape and given her a real haircut. She would be perfect with one of those cute bowl cuts or a hyper, hyper short bob where the angle goes to below her eye and the back is hyper short.
This is way too long.
