It's not me playing, and I'm not the most musically knowledgeable person, but I believe it's in D. He starts out on a C chord with the capo on the second fret, making it a D. The song starts and ends on D, so I'm pretty sure it's the key of D.

Anyone would like to confirm or deny, please do so.
