I understand a little bit the Electoral type of voting in the United States, that seems to be a tradition over there, but why do you have to register to vote? Is the United States so large (as far as population goes) that it is impossible to identify individual voters on the base of their Social Security number or any other identification?

And as far as voter fraud on a large scale, Bush won Florida by 537 votes. Exactly what is your definition of 'large scale' I wonder. Especially since 200,000 of the 600,000 registrations ACORN handed in up in Ohio have 'issues.' But let's not let the election boards verify their eligibility, amirite?

Prove a dead person voted. Prove each and every accusation or shut the hell up. A registered dead person, which happens all the time when a person dies during the election year is purged through due process. You need to show me proof of a person voting as a deceased John Doe or you need to stop leveling baseless claims.
Also, a handful of cases do not a stolen election make. In regards to voter fraud, it would have to occur on a large scale to count. So it shouldn't be hard for you to prove.

Debunked? I see that's why today the FBI confirmed it is investigating ACORN for voter fraud, on top of the now 14 states with their own inquiries.
It may have been 'debunked' on some silly liberal propaganda site you visit, but apparently nobody told law enforcement officials about that!
Of course, I imagine you'll also say that the Democrats fighting tooth and nail against having to show identification to cast a vote has nothing to do with the legion of dead people ACORN registered.

The problem is the Republican are not just scrubbing fake names from the list they are also planning on preventing the ACTUAL Dallas Cowboys from voting (especially if they look like Democrats).
They're not just kicking off Abraham Lincoln and Homer Simpson, they're kicking if Abraham J. Lincoln and Homer Sampson.
If you have a valid license, but it has your old address they won't let you vote.
They exaggerate the threat in order to justify their exaggerated response and scrub voters.
